Tiger Woods- Fedex cup

Tiger Woods to win the Tour Championship tonight.

He is priced at 1.88 and I am throwing a massive MAX bet on these odds.

Hope you sticked with us, we are back with a bang!!!!!

Aweber support has gone

We will not be sending out emails anymore, Aweber was not cost productive as less people visited the website and that was the main reason for setting this up in the first place.

Tips will remain free, and you can simply refresh your browser to access the latest (and greatest!) tips :)

Hope this is ok? If not... let me know?

Hangover or not from Sussex's T20 win, Somerset have a strong batting line up and I fancy Somerset to do a job here on Sussex. It should be a good match so sit down this afternoon and enjoy (winning)!

Man u, Man u Easy money?

Won +16.72 points yesterday!!! The lay of Tiger Woods was one of the best nights for me this year. It was one of the best rounds I have ever seen. Y E Yang stood up to Tiger and thoroughly deserved his victory, that added 10+ points to the profit! Well done if you risked it as I did... remember the donation button to the side of this text if you did. So far we have recieved £0.00 and that is harsh on my results :(

Season Begins- Good Luck!

OK, a long old slog begins. This is the first day for me of the new season.....
Yesterday Tiger played the best I have seen him in at least a year, whereas the challenges wilted so I am keeping my cash on in the hope that someone challenges him tonight! As for today:

He is playing his round in the toughest conditions tonight, if he drops shots (we think he will!) then we can bet back tomorrow morning at potential odds of 3.0+ (easy if it works!)

3 Bets for Sunday.

CSKA Moscow V Spartak Moscow
CSKA Win
2.48
4 points

1st ODI
West Indies V Bangladesh
West Indies Win
1.61
9 points

Hungary F1 GP
Jenson Button Win
19.00
1 point

Right, once again I have to be quick. CSKA have the edge over Spartak in the past. CSKA out of massive form but if Love plays they are always a danger, so with home advantage a home win is really possible at supurb odds.

West Indies, straight of the loss 2-0 in the 5 day game the Windies are much more at home here in the shorter format. The pitches have took to spin in the test matches (much to Banghladesh's liking!) but this is a much flatter track apparently which suits the windies pace men. So 1.61 is a steal and is my BET OF THE DAY!

And in F1, it became clear that Button was carrying more fuel than the rest. And in a track that is hard to overtake pit stop strategy could be as important as quality driving. Odds of 19.00 cannot be overlooked as the points leader desperately needs to get back to winning ways.

....AND FINALLY, awebber emails may have to stop as NO DONATIONS have come in at all! Surely if you win £13 per month between all my subscribers isn't a lot to ask. £2 from 6 of you would be nice lol... but nothings coming, so I may stop the emails. But the tips will always remain on the site, it just means you have to keep logging on as some tips go out late? Let me know what you all think?

Thanks

Dave

Ok, so I predicted a win for England. Get your money back + some more with a back the draw bet.

Shoe-in for woods?

Not quite, but odds of 1.66 can not be overlooked! Kim is the pretender and a lay of 4.77 would work just as nicely. The field behind is close but there is no better finisher when leading. Woods will win!!!! So it has to be a MAX bet from me.

Update!

Just signing in for a quick update and a review of my weeks betting.
I have really struggled with form this week but still find myself
in very good profit for the week. +17.92 points up to be exact.
Considering I spent half the week in hospital with my son and another
day with my wife I consider it a success. Here are the results, add
this towards our big winners last weekend which obviously do not
coun't towards the profit and we are rolling:

Millwall V Scunthorpe
Scunthorpe Win
2.88

Blackburn V West Brom

Arsenal V Stoke
Over 2.5 Goals
1.63
8 points +5.04

Rory Sabbatini

6 points +13.5

+21.82 Points profit today. That wraps up a massively topsy turvey
week and I honestly feel drained emotionally with all my family
troubles and illnesses. HEY, guess where I am typing this email?
I am sat outside in a tent with two of my kids in the damn garden.
I feel they have deserved some daddy time! Good job internet access
is available in the garden!

Sawgrass + football musings!

Finally decided to back Tiger at 4.5 tonight. I feel a 5 shot lead is most likely to be pulled back by the presence and performance of one man. Of course I will LAY him off when possible to lock in a profit, I will email you all out when I do that (another reason to sign up!) if and when it becomes do-able.

So....

Back Tiger Woods
@ 4.5
6 points Lost -6 points

Ath. Madrid V Espanyol
Over 2.5 goals
@ 1.75
4 points Won +3 points

Alex Cejka is leading the TPC Sawgrass by 5 shots!!! He has not got a single PGA Tour win under his belt and his last tournament win was on European soil way back in 2002, so can he close out the last day with a more confident Tiger lurking close behind? Tige has played supurbly around some wayward drives, so if he manages to find fairways off the tee he will surely win imo. And with this lack of winning experience to call on will Cejka mentally struggle under the pressure of the back 9? Either way.... I don't think Cejka will do it but the odds are very high atm for him to LAY so I will watch the game tonight and bet accordingly.

As for my previous backs in golf they were all doing well (minus GAY who missed cut, and Sergio who was just not interested) until round three! Unbelievable rounds from Cabrera who fell out with Na (his playing partner) for slow play ending on 5+ for the day and in 28th place, Villegas (3+ on the day) 13th place and Hoffman 4+ (41st). A really bad day and I would have expected one of those above to kick on after good scoring in the first two days. I should have LAYED Cabrere when he was 14s yesterday for an overall profit (I hope you guys did!) but I was too greedy, lesson learnt!

BETS FOR TODAY:

STARTING VERY SOON!!!
Mumbay Indians to win against Bangalore Royal Challengers IPL
1.75

Man Utd V Man City
LAY 9 or less corners

+9.75 points for the day, better..... keep posted for the Sawgrass bets if they come

Really fancy this at great odds! But it is Man utd and they can let you down on corners (Ronaldo always cuts inside lol- so frustrating)... But we will see!

Good luck

I have a few selections looking to LAY later in the week possibly.

Golf - again!

Simple bet today:

Quail Hollow Championship
10 points
Tiger Woods to win
@ 2.42

Tiger sits 2 shots behind Zach Johnson as Tiger looks to state his retun and looks forward to the TPC at Sawgrass next week. Sawgrass is so much better betting wise than most of the majors so expect bets during next week!

Everything else has just been too risky. I only place bets when I think they will win!

Sunday, 26 April 2009

Newcastle from the flames

Newcastle V Portsmouth
Newcastle to win
1.96
5 points

Thats not your lot.... I have two unofficial bets if you want not against my book.

New York Vs Boston in tonights baseball, if you can get under 9.5 runs snap the bookies hand off. Its evens at some places and I feel it has a cracking chance. Also I fancy the outsiders (NYY) to pinch it at 2.12 @ Betfair.

Donations needed (if you want emails!)

You will no doubt notice the paypal donate button on the right hand side menu. It is because I cannot for the life of me seem to send the tips out to all members.

Aweber seems my only solution, but it is £13 a month. I am open to donations and require £13 every month to pay for awebers services to bulk email all of you at once. 13 people send me £1 and Bob's your uncle. This is only for the emails to your inbox, but I will send out as many as I can right up to the last moments.

The website is free and I want to keep it free. But if you require the tips emailing to you when the tips go live I really need this £13. I am offering the service free, but the emailed tips will have to stop until funds reach this level. If we get £33 I will pay the subs at Aweber for 3 months, or if it gets £131 I will pay for 12 months emails etc etc. Either way its down to you! If you want the emails you will have to pay, if not, do nothing.... the tips will always be here.

I will keep you all updated with how much more money we need.

1 month= £13 So far we have £0

This is what Brian Gay's win has done to the betting bank! Wow. Nice win and now we are a very healthy 99.77 points in profit :) after only 45 bets. Nice start to the blog with all three months showing a profit too....

FEB +21.71 points
MAR +26.56 points
APR +36.20 points

More tips to follow, keep checking your inboxes! Also, email 321.on.tips@googlemail.com to ask for free tips to be emailed to you if you haven't done so already. Oh, and post comments below, you don't have to be a member.

Now is the time to LAY!

OK, all those who followed us with a BIG bet on Brian Gay yesterday at 5.7 will no doubt have noticed that he is still leading by three going into the final days play. I still have no doubt that he will win, but like I said, lets look to lay to minimise our risk of ten points. By Laying him you can lock in profit no matter what the result, or like me you can lay him to get your stake back.

So todays bet is to lay Brian Gay to win at 1.68 (10 points). If he wins the PGA event (which we still want!) we win 42.2 points with no risk at all if he doesnt!

Saturday, 18 April 2009

Brian Gay to win Verizon Heritage

A class player in a weak field... He should do the business tonighjt and possibly lay it tomorrow depending on the odds? Gay is a straight safe golfer on a perfect course for his game... Lets make some cash!

Back to work!

Ok, its been a while since I saw a worthy tip so I will continue today. Here they are:

Bet of the day:
McIlroy V Ogilvy Matchplay Ogilvy to win 1.86 10 points

McIlroy is a star now, but will be a superstar in the future (Butch Harmond). But Ogilvy has been there and got the t-shirt. I am a huge fan of McIlroy but I just feel his time is up. He has been the best golfer by a mile so far, but he is only 19 and inexperienced in America at this level. Ogilvy is one of the best matchplayers in the world and rarely makes errors. If you have the chance to watch it I guarentee it will be a classic and just can't wait for play to begin. The odds are great and there is definite value here.

Others:
Els V Cink Matchplay Cink to win 2.26 4 points
Everton V West Brom 1.52 Home Win 8 points
Lazio V Bologna Home Win 1.78 9 points

Marching on....

Well after yesterdays 22.63's points profit is tonight a case of after the Lord Mayors Show? I don't know but it is a long odds chance:

Leeds V Millwall DRAW 3.70 2 points
Massive odds here, Leeds could easily walk this, lose it or more likely draw.
3.70 is too good to turn down so I am throwing 2 points at it.

Good luck, fingers crossed......

Sunday, 8 February 2009

+22.63 points profit today!

I am now green, green with profit!

I am an honest guy and I made an error in my maths. I was deep deep deep in the red before today. I was -17.1 points down due to Chelsea costing me 10 points!!! But today was perfection with 5 wins from 5 games making the days profit +22.63. But becaus of my schoolboy error in primary maths my running bank is ONLY 5.73 points up overall. I am happy to be in the green, don't get me wrong. But the first week of tipping here has been terrible. I expect more than 5 points profit a week. Level stakes would have shown me better off!!!! So obviously stakes need to be adjusted as I have lost quite a few big staking bets.

Not to worry, profit is profit! I hope you continue to follow my tips. And please, please, please leave comments below.... I like to think I am not talking to myself. Sob sob.

On to week 2!!!!!

Profit today!!!!!! (please!)

today we have:

The Fightback Begins

Well after a dreadful set of selections in my last post I will seek to make ammends today and will hopefully end today in profit.

The day begins with various fixtures cancellations due to the weather so I will try to avoid those games.

12:45pm Man City Home Win against Middlesboro is 1.62 @ Betfair (7 points).
2:30pm Monchengladbach Vs Hoffenheim Away Win 2.24 (5 points). Slightly risky due to
Ibisevics injury! But its a classic bottom against top encounter.
3:00pm Chelsea Home Win against Hull is 1.21(10 points).
3:00pm Sunderland to beat Stoke is 1.82 (7 points).
3:00pm Everton to Draw with Bolton 3.55 (1.5 points).

That is all for now.... I will update tips for European games later in the day. Hopefully when I am rolling in profit?

4 bets tonight!!!

Preston V Plymouth (10 points @ 1.86)
Southampton V Sheff Utd (3 points Sheff Utd @ 2.52)
Burnley V West Brom (2 points West Brom @ 3.55)
Wolves V Norwich (5 points on Wolves @ 1.62)

Yes, football... hopefully these stay on. But these are the four qualifiers for tonight. I might stick a cheeky acca on the four games too. Happy betting. Sorry its short, things to do!

It's Very Quiet

Profit +7.0 Points

Not bad for one days tips:
5 points Newcastle home win Vs Sunderland (1-1) odds 2.75 LOST
10 Points Valencia home win Vs Almeria (3-2) odds 1.75 WON
10 Points Pittsburgh Steelers win Superbowl (27-20) 1.45 WON

As the title of the post suggests it is very quiet.... just one tip

1 Point on a draw between Bradford and Darlington @ 3.3 Betfair

321-on is born

I posted two tips:

5 points Newcastle home win Vs Sunderland (1-1) odds 2.75 LOST
10 Points Valencia home win Vs Almeria (3-2) odds 1.75 WON

So the betting bank after day one is + 2.50 which is nice.

Other notes of late include my personal lay of Andrew Murray in the Australian Open, easy money considering the short odds. I woon't include this in my bets as the website wasn't live and because Lays are a different kettle of fish to my usual backs so I will always keep Lays seperate.

In America

I have Layed Kenny Perry in the FBR Open, he was priced as 1.93 when leading (which he still is) so I will be watching this tonight which will lead me on nicely to the Superbowl. The highlight of the sporting calender in America shows a short priced favourite in the Pittsburgh Steelers who should 'easily' and methodically beat the Cardinals to claim the coverted prize. Odds are currently 1.45 (Pittsburgh to win) so I will be officially be betting 10 points on this game as well.

I also have a nice acca as a personal bet tonight:

AC Milan (away)
Lyon
Braga
Sevilla (away)

Odds are 10-1 and it looks tastey.

Happy betting, any comments are appreciated

Dave
